Hello, I’m Neil.

I’ve spent well over 20 years working with businesses to get their brands working harder and improving the impact of sales & marketing. I’m here to make a difference using my commercial experience and my strategic & creative skills across Strategy & Planning, Sales & Marketing, Branding & Creative and Web & Digital.

Yellowstep is my company and I personally handle most of the work though I source and manage trusted third-party specialists when required for projects and campaigns. Working closely with clients is a big thing for me as I enjoy being hands-on and building productive relationships; this is what I enjoyed most when I worked both client and agency side prior to starting Yellowstep in 2018.

My aim is to deliver great value and to be easy to work with but that doesn’t mean I won’t challenge you…I’ll just do it nicely. If you’d like to explore how we could work together, let me know and we can arrange to talk it through.

Approach

I aim to make things as simple and as straightforward as possible, and keep you in the picture throughout. It’s not complicated…you have many of the answers and one of my first jobs is to ask you the right questions to get the information we need to build a coherent strategy and plan for your brand.
